Beating the system

Who says working in Aussie land is easy ? To go up the ladder you not only has to contend with social norms and elite group mentality such as the one covered here:

or you have to be a cheapo like some lady here who suggests bringing lunchboxes :

(who is gonna drive & oil the economy wheel then if eveyone do as what she's doing ?) Actually all it takes in a free-rights country is for ordinary people is to muster the guts to speak out against any injustice or unfair treatment occuring at your backdoor just like this bloke here:

Little red dot can generate and sustain its own energy sources

With the number of people flowing in and out sg and a population that stads at about 4.2 million, it is hightime that the authorities make use of renewable "people" power to sustain its own energy resource.

Bungles and blunders in "Ah Pek" meeting
With all the hype and euphoria over the APEC summit over Sydney, perhaps it should be called the "Ah Pek" meeting instead. There was an overkill of Ah Pek leaders (since most of the attendees are over 60)attending the meeting , most getting a private tour of the city. The US Ah pek got confused whether it was an OPEC or AH PEK Meeting that he was attending . The opposition leader addressed the aussie PM as the state premier and got away with a invitation from China Ah Pek to visit the country later in the year.Meanwhile , most businesses have closed for the long weekend of 7 sept, and the city's dissidents (citizens) left for the coastlines and  winery valleys for a retreat from the hustle and bustle. Although police and security were everywere, they look more like Roman legion under Gen. Scipio (oops, commissioner Scipione) and riot crowds were few and far. The chaser's group from ABC turned out to be the Hannibal with their 1st stunt and are now on their way to earn another half a million if they commercialise  and change networks.

Security is lax !
In an unprecedented move, a team of ABC news journalists from the "chaser's war" managed to break through at least two security checkpoints to meters away from the hotel where the president of the united states of america was staying during the tightly controlled Apec meeting which took 16 months of preparation. Over in sg , an armed rifleman managed to leave his guard duty post unchecked , locks, stock, barrels and all and bound for a city entertainment center. It took 200 security police to look for him before finally bringing him back into custody for questioning. The question we want to pose here is how on earth does advanced security measures and processes suddenly fall apart ? Is it an obvious sheer lack of respect and contempt for the security protocols or a mere case of non-chalant atitude by a group of people's mentality ? All these cases have now been laughing stocks in the community although the authorities say they are not laughing.. .
